Air Abrasion
Air abrasion is a procedure used to remove minimal tooth decay. It can be used to replace the "drill" in some cases. It can also be used without anesthetic at times. The air abrasion unit is called KCP. It is a fine dust and high speed air that is blown on to your tooth to remove the decay. In most cases it is painless and the patient does not require anesthetic.
